Optometry Freedom Act (A.6615 (Bores)) - Prohibits an insurance carrier or vision plan restricting an optometrist's choice of supply.
Overpayment Recovery (S.5209 (Scarcella-Spanton)/A.3365 (Lavine)) – Reduces the overpayment recovery efforts by health plans from 24 months to 3 months.
Oppose Health Care Professional Transparency Act (S.9214 (Stavisky)/A.10009 (Stirpe) of 2024) - Requires any advertisement for health care services and in any patient interaction a health care practitioner must identify the type of license held.
